Sean O'Hagan, don't even think about giving up. Your music means so much to me.

Outstanding interview. I am so glad you asked about "Dorothy Ashby." The lyrics have intrigued me as all of his lyrics intrigue me. I hope O'Hagan changes his tune on releasing another Llamas album. The world could use about 50 more Llamas albums. But I do not want to seem greedy, so I will wait--albeit impatiently.

Really enjoyed reading this, not often something I say about interviews with musicians!

Nice to know I'd interpreted a lot of Seano's mentality from the music. A lot of stuff clicked into place- Sean worked in car production? Suggests a possible influence for my favourite 'Llamas song, the stunningly beautiful Amin, which injects such grace and dignity into simple repetitive acts and processes, in this case (stop me if I'm on the wrong lines) working in a textile mill.

Really looking forward to the Whitechapel Gallery gig, next week! Hope I can get a Tshirt for my four-year-old son, who loves The High Llamas.

And we say 'hi' to the rivers and the mountains...

That was a wonderful interview. Sean O'Hagan is such a mythical figure in pop music and I too love him with all my heart.

Thanks for sharing this!
